1. Products & Services
- We offer premium stainless steel pens with optional custom engraving services.
- Products are available in various variants including pen-only and boxed gift sets.
- Custom engraving is available on select products as indicated on the product page.
- We reserve the right to modify product offerings, prices, and specifications without prior notice.
2. Orders & Payment
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
- We accept payment via Visa and Mastercard through our secure IPG (Internet Payment Gateway).
- Prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment must be received in full before order processing and shipment.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not received or verified within 3 business days.
3. Custom Engraving
- Custom engraving services include text engraving on the pen body or gift box only. No images or logos are engraved.
- Engraving requests must be submitted at the time of ordering.
- Engraving text is subject to character limits as specified on the product page.
- We reserve the right to refuse engraving requests that contain offensive, inappropriate, or copyrighted content.
- Products with custom engraving cannot be returned or refunded unless the engraving is defective or incorrect due to our error.
- Please review engraving text carefully before submitting, as we are not responsible for spelling errors provided by the customer.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We offer delivery across Sri Lanka.
- Free shipping is available for orders exceeding the minimum amount specified on our website.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and product availability.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, customs, or carrier issues.
- Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the package.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Products may be returned within 3 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Custom engraved products cannot be returned unless the engraving is defective due to our error.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at lexiproservices@gmail.com with your order details.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
- Cost for couriers for return packages to be borne by the customer.
